Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward 14-day return window, beginning on the day your computer is delivered. A 15% fee of the PC’s sticker price will be applied.

The Return Process

We've designed our return policy to be as transparent and hassle-free as possible.

1. Return Shipping: 100% Free & Easy

To make your return as simple as possible, Zenith will cover 100% of the return shipping and insurance costs.

You will not need to find a box or package the PC. We will provide you with a pre-paid code to take to your nearest UPS Store. They will professionally package and ship the unboxed PC and its GPU back to us, all at no cost to you.

In order to be successfully complete a return, we ask that you remove the GPU from within the case. Our PCs are designed for this to be a simple process, and we will email you instructions and a video tutorial on how to do it. All you’ll need is a screwdriver and a spare 5 minutes.

Shipping the GPU and the rest of the PC in separate packaging is the safest way for us to receive it due to us not being able to package it. If improperly packaged and the GPU is still connected, it is very likely the GPU or motherboard will get damaged during shipping.

2. Restocking Fee: A Flat 15% All returns are subject to a flat 15% restocking fee.

Returns on our PCs are incredibly expensive for us to process, especially as a an up-and-coming business. We know this fee is not insignificant, so we’re going to be transparent as to why it’s here.

A return on a Z2 costs us about $600—comprising of the loss of value from now selling the computer as open-box, unrecoverable processing fees, original shipping fees, the even higher return shipping fees, and the labor for inspecting, reformatting, and recertifying the machine.

The 15% fee directly covers our loss on the open-box value, while we absorb the rest of the cost. We are confident you will be satisfied with our PCs, but we don’t want to make you feel trapped otherwise.

Note: Any order that is refused upon delivery will be counted as a return.
