Returns and Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem. You can cancel your order for a 100% free refund any time before it ships.

If you're not satisfied with your PC after it arrives, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. A 15% fee of the PC’s sticker price will be applied on all returns, as we can no longer sell it as new.

2-Year Warranty Policy

Your Zenith PC is fully protected for two years, covering all parts and labor for any hardware defects. If something goes wrong, we’ll cover the shipping and the repair, so you don’t have to pay anything.

Damaged-On-Arrival (DOA)

We pack our PCs very carefully, but we understand that accidents still happen. If your PC arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can make it right as soon as possible.

Long-Term Support

Our warranty may end after 2 years, but our support is long-term. If you ever have a question, need help with an upgrade, or anything else—you can contact us and we’ll help you out.
