Our Products

  • Our entire focus at Zenith is on doing things right and providing peace of mind. That’s why we’re transparent in our builds, use only quality components from brands we trust, and obsess over the details.   • We don't offer full, part-by-part customization. Each PC is designed as a complete system which is how we ensure it’s stable and performs right out of the box.

    You can select available options on the product page. If you have a question about a specific component, please email us at info@buildzenithpc.com.

  • Absolutely. All our PCs are built to be easily upgraded. We use non-proprietary parts and clean cable management to make upgrades simple. When that time comes, we'd also be happy to help!

  • Your shipment will include the fully-assembled Zenith PC, the PC's power cable, a quick-start guide, and any manuals or accessories included with the individual components we've used.

  • No. Your Zenith PC purchase will only include the computer itself. You will need to buy a mouse, keyboard, monitor, and any other accessories separately.

Ordering & Payment

  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Klarna. We also offer a direct bank transfer (ACH) option.

  • ACH transfers help us save on high credit card processing fees. When you pay with ACH, we’re able to pass down part of those savings to you via a free $20 steam wallet code. Once your payment clears (1-2 business days), you’ll receive your code via email.

  • As a registered business, we are required by law to collect sales tax based on your specific shipping address. The final tax amount will be calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your payment.

  • Our store is powered by Squarespace and all checkouts are encrypted. Payments are securely processed by Squarespace Payments or PayPal—we never see or store your full credit card details.

  • If you need to make a change or cancel, please email us at orders@buildzenithpc.com as soon as possible.

    You can cancel at any point before the PC has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to complete the build, configuration, and testing process. Once it ships, ground transport typically takes an additional 3-5 business days.

    Keep an eye on your email for order updates, as we’ll keep you in the know as your PC moves through each stage.

  • We currently ship to all 48 states in the continental US. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, or international addresses.

  • We charge a $20 flat-rate fee for shipping. We subsidize the majority of the shipping and packaging costs, so this small fee helps us continue to do that.

  • We pack every PC with extreme care, using foam inserts and internal expanding foam packs to secure the graphics card. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your PC is packaged and the shipping label is created, so you can follow its journey.

Set Up & Basic Use

  • We install an up-to-date copy of Windows 11 with all the latest drivers and essential utilities (like the NVIDIA app and RGB control software). Our "bloatware-free" promise means we install no unnecessary trial software or ad-ware. You get a quick and simple system right from the boot.

  • We've made it simple, and your box includes a Quick-Start Guide. The three main steps are:

    1. Unpack: Carefully remove the PC and take out the internal foam pack used for shipping.

    2. Connect: Plug your monitor cable (HDMI or DisplayPort) into the graphics card (the horizontal slots near the middle), not the motherboard. Then, connect your power cable, keyboard, and mouse.

    3. Power On: Press the power button. Your PC will boot directly into the official Windows setup, where you can create your profile and get started.

Warranties & Policies

  • Your Zenith PC is fully protected for two years, covering all parts and labor for any hardware defects. If something malfunctions, we’ll cover the shipping and the repairs, so you don’t have to pay anything.

  • We accept returns initiated within 14 days of delivery.

    Please note that a 15% fee of the PC’s sticker price will apply.

  • We pack every PC with extreme care, but accidents can still happen. If your PC arrives with visible damage or does not function correctly right out of the box, please immediately email us at support@buildzenithpc.com
