Warranty Claim Process
This warranty policy applies to any hardware component of your PC. If you notice one of your PC’s components is not working properly, contact us and we will help you troubleshoot. If we determine that there is in fact a hardware issue, we will then proceed to either one of these steps.
1. Simple Swap (quickest and easiest)
If a simple plug-and-play part (like a GPU or fan) malfunctions, we’ll begin an exchange process. First, we’ll instruct you on how to safely remove the malfunctioning component from your PC. After the component has been safely removed, we will email you a prepaid shipping label so that you can drop the component off at a nearby UPS store. Once we are notified that the malfunctioning part has shipped, we will in turn mail you the replacement component. If the part is on the cheaper side (like a cable or fan), we may just send you the part immediately and have you discard the old one.
After your replacement component has arrived, we will provide instructions on how to install the new one.
2. Complex Repair (full-service repair)
If the malfunctioning component is a more complex one (like a motherboard or PSU), we’ll have you ship us your malfunctioning computer instead. This process will require that you remove your GPU. It is a simple process that will only require a screwdriver and 5 minutes of your time, and we will provide instructions. The removal of the GPU is necessary due to the risk of damage when in transit, especially because we don’t know how UPS will package it. If the GPU works fine, you may hang onto it while your PC is repaired.
Like before, we will email you a prepaid shipping label so you can drop it off at a nearby UPS store. Once we receive your computer, we’ll make the repair and ship it back to you as soon as possible.
What Isn’t Covered?
This warranty is for hardware defects; it does not cover issues or damage that are not a result of a manufacturing defect. This includes:
1. Software Issues (e.g., viruses, malware, driver conflicts, or operating system errors). We are happy to help you troubleshoot these through our support team, but they are not hardware "defects."
2. Accidental Damage (e.g., drops, spills, or any physical damage caused by the user)
3. Unauthorized Modifications (e.g., damage caused by installing new parts incorrectly or attempting your own repairs).
Long-Term Support
Our 2-Year Warranty covers the hardware, but our support doesn't have an expiration date. As a Zenith owner, we’ll be available for any technical support, upgrade advice, or general PC advice. We’ll be here to help, even after the warranty period expires.
Just email us at support@buildzenithpc.com.
